Can I make changes to my recent order?
If for some reason you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible as most orders are processed within two hours. If order processing has already started or shipped, we will not be able to cancel or make changes to the order.
If your order has not processed and/or shipped, please contact our Customer Service department at (800) 654-8483 to cancel your order, initiate a refund, then place a new order online with the correct items. If you have simply forgotten to include an item on your order, you can place a new order online for your missing product.
If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, contact our Customer Service department at (800) 654-8483 for assistance in creating a return for the item once it has been delivered. A refund will be issued to you once the item(s) are received and processed.
How do I track my order?
If you have recently placed an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email to the email address provided on your order once your package(s) have been shipped. You can find the tracking number for your packages within that email.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is valid in the U.S. only for purchases totaling $50 or more. If you are placing an order during a promotion, your order total must be greater than or equal to $50 after discount application in the same order. If other shipping methods are selected, additional charges will apply.
What do I do if my tracking number is showing a status of 'delivered' but I have not received my package?
Please contact the postal service used on your order to help identify where your package is located.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States.

How do I create an account on your website?
To create an account, click the "Account" or "Sign Up" icon at the top of our website. Fill in your name, email address, and a secure password. Once registered, you’ll be able to view your order history, manage your addresses, and track orders easily.
How can I reset my password?
Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the password reset email we’ll send you. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it right away.
How do I update my email address, shipping address or other account details?
Log in to your account and go to the “Account Details” or “Addresses” section. From there, you can update your contact info, add or remove shipping addresses, and edit other account preferences.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No account is necessary to place an order—guests can check out without creating one. However, having an account allows you to track your orders, view past purchases and speed up future checkouts.
How do I delete my account?
If you’d like to delete your account, please contact our support team via support@jascopro.com with your request. We’ll confirm your identity and remove your information from our system in accordance with our privacy policy.
